Q. When Will I Move Up A Tier?
A. When you make a new purchase, and the updated purchase value (after delivery) falls into a higher tuer.
Q. What Happens Once I Move Up A Tier?
A. You are entitled to all the exclusive benefits of the higher tier. You are entitled to bonus points basis your new tier
Q. When Will I Move Down A Tier?
A. In Case of Tier Expiry:
All the points accumulated during Classic tier will be valid for 12 months from the allocation of points and all the points issued in Elite and Premier tier will be valid for 24 month from the day of issuance
In Case of Insufficient Total Purchase Value:
Membership downgrade will happen based on purchase amount slab in 12 months. In order to maintain your tier level, you need to spend the minimum value required per tier. In case you are unable to make the required purchase, you’ll be automatically moved down to the next lower tier.
