1. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
Wacoalindia.com accepts the following methods of payment for purchases:

Examples of forms of payment we do not accept include:

2. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE AND WHAT DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?
You can track your order at any time online via our Track My Order page. You will need to provide your email address and order number.
Shipping is free
Delivery timelines* 2-10 Business Days**
Delivery times are approximate. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered Business Days.
Orders received at our fulfillment center before 12:00 PM IST should ship that same day; orders received after 12:00 PM IST should ship the next Business Day.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA?
We ship merchandise ordered on Wacoalindia.com to all Indian states, Union Territories. We currently do not ship internationally.
3. DO YOU SHIP ORDERS TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses.
4. WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AND WANT A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?
Once an order is placed at Wacoalindia.com, you cannot make changes. For assistance please contact our Customer Service Representatives at support@Wacoalindia.com
5. WHAT IF I AM NOT PLEASED WITH MY SELECTION? CAN I RETURN THE PURCHASE?
Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. Please visit Terms & Conditions page for more info.
6. HOW DO I CREATE A RETURN REQUEST?
You can create a Return Request by following simple steps
For Registered Users:
- Login to your Wacoal Account
- You will find a welcome button the top right hand corner – Go to My Orders
- You will get the list of the products you have ordered with the options - View/Return/Reorder
- Click on Return – Fill in the details and Submit.
For Guest Users:
- Go to Contact us Tab
- Select the Subject Return or Refund
- Fill in the details and Submit.
7. HOW AND WHERE DO I APPLY A COUPON ON MY ORDER?
You can apply a coupon on cart page before placing the order, under Discount code on your right hand side.
Your coupon will not be valid if you use it at the checkout page under Gift Voucher.
Coupon code need to put before order placement.

We do not charge Sales tax over and above the price offered on Wacoalindia.com; offered prices are inclusive of all taxes.
11. CAN I SEE A RECORD OF MY TRANSACTIONS WITH Wacoalindia.com?
You must be a registered account holder on Wacoalindia.com to access your order history. Order history displayed in your online account includes all your online purchases, but only those purchases made after establishing an account.
